Please read our return and refund terms carefully
1. Overview
At Kanha Foods & Namkeen, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, our return and refund policy is limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. You may reach us on WhatsApp at +91 93508-71107 or write to us at wecare@kanhafoods.in. Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Products once opened, consumed, or partially used are not eligible for return.
4. Refund Process
Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate refund or replacement will be initiated at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame.
5. Local Orders (Sirsa)
Owing to our commitment to fresh and fast deliveries, we may not be able to guarantee cancellations or refunds for orders placed within Sirsa. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Pan-India Orders
For Pan-India orders, you may request cancellation by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 93508-71107 or writing to wecare@kanhafoods.in at least 3 hours prior to our daily order dispatch time of 3:00 PM.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or situations beyond our control.
