Badusha

Badusha Sweet or Badhusha Sweet, A traditional Indian Homemade sweet dessert prepared mainly with maida or all-purpose flour, deep fried in ghee/oil and soaked in sugar syrup. It strongly resembles a glazed doughnut but varies with its layered texture and crunchy taste. In North India, it is known as Balushahi; in South Indian cuisine, it is known as Babushka or Badshah
